Angie Toney, CPA/PFS, CTS, CFE

Angie Toney developed strong investigatory and problem-solving skills in over three decades of corporate internal auditing. To date, Angie has saved her clients over $1M in tax liability. 
 
Angie has a BS in Accounting and MA in Global Management. She is a New York State Certified Public Accountant / Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS), Certified Tax Strategist (CTS), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). 
 
Outside of work, Angie enjoys youth mentor volunteer work and serving on the board of the Loudoun Estate Planning Council, a nonprofit association with a mission to provide an inclusive and interdisciplinary forum for estate-planning professionals to foster relationships and enhance their proficiency in the field.

Wayne Scully, CPA, CEP

Wayne A. Scully, CPA, CEP, CIA is a seasoned Tax Professional, Podcaster, Business Consultant, Entrepreneur and Author.

Wayne A. Scully is a NYC-based, licensed Certified Public Accountant, with 20+ years of experience in business, tax consulting and auditing. Wayne is laser-focused on providing solutions to realtors, landlords, flippers and real estate pros who may be at odds with the IRS and state. Wayne also guides clients in creating and implementing high-value tax planning strategies to save them thousands!

As a life insurance producer, he focuses on helping families and businesses plan effectively to meet their financial goals. Executive bonus planning is one such strategy that provides certain tax and insurance benefits, allowing clients to achieve their objectives. Via his YouTube channel, Wayne routinely makes financial literacy presentations on this subject to illustrate the importance of life insurance in one’s wealth plan and its impact on taxes.

Wayne also co-hosts a podcast titled, “Black Pros on Money, Honey!” which provides information on various trending tax issues of concern to businesses and individuals. And, he hosts a monthly webinar titled, “How to Protect yourself from the IRS and Resolve Your Tax Debts”, where Wayne provides information on the most common IRS tax resolution options. Wayne’s the author of “21 Tax Topics to Stay Compliant & Save Money” now available on Amazon.com. The book focuses on topical tax resolution and tax planning issues, including offers in compromise, installment agreements, abating penalties, and business entity selection, to name a few.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from City University of New York at York College, where he graduated with honors.

He migrated from Jamaica to the USA in the 1990s, and now (funnily enough) lives in Jamaica, NY. He is the proud father of one child, who is currently an honor student at Howard University. “Go Bisons!”

Wayne enjoys traveling, especially to Jamaica, going to the movies, biking, running, and strength training. His greatest strength is helping people.

Antonio M. Glenn, Esq.

Antonio graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008, with a focus in Business Law. He passed the Maryland Bar in 2010 and Texas Bar in 2016. Antonio was also selected and licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 2017.

While in law school, Antonio held law clerk positions at several law firms as well as the Maryland Public Defender’s office. In February 2007, he took a position as a Consultant at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) where he assisted home building executives develop corporate entity strategies which included: business succession and estate planning, tax minimization tips and contract review.

In 2012, Antonio founded The Law Office of Antonio M. Glenn, LLC, a solo practice specializing in small business consulting, succession planning and family estate planning. Antonio has built his practice into a profitable brand with a powerful reputation by providing sound legal advice to his clients and developing lasting relationships built on a foundation of trust, rapport, and reliability. The law office has been newly formed in Maryland and Texas and named AMG Counsel, PLLC but Antonio remains committed to offering high quality, yet affordable, legal representation.

Antonio is a member of the State Bar of Texas Estate Planning Section, Colling County Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association Business Law and Estate Planning Section. He is currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent.

Antonio regularly provides pro bono estate planning and probate services through Wills for Heros or the Dallas Volunteer Assistance Program. In his spare time, he enjoys yoga, horseback riding, kayaking and is training for a triathlon in April 2019. He is also an avid traveler and a sci-fi enthusiast.

Timalyn Bowens, NAEA

Timalyn Bowens is an Enrolled Agent, licensed through the Internal Revenue Service that works with individuals and businesses to  resolve their tax issues. She is also a firm believer in taking preventative measures and this is why she works with businesses to increase profitability through strategic tax planning and the implementing of tax strategies through their budget. Her preventative care mentality has provided a successful track record not only for herself, but for the clients she works with.

Timalyn began her tax career in 2011 with one of the Top 10 Accounting Firms in the World, Crowe Horwath, where she did 3 busy seasons in the tax department. It is there that Timalyn fell in love with taxes and tax strategy. 5 years after stepping foot through the door at Crowe, Timalyn began her own Tax and Accounting Firm, Bowens Tax & Bookkeeping Solutions which is a virtual firm based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
 
She has been praised for her ability to teach as she works by her clients and for being knowledgeable, patient and ready to provide assistance by her peers and mentees. All the while inspiring change, and educating in an engaging way while providing her audience with actionable takeaways they can immediately start implementing in their lives and business.

Tyrone J Taylor, EA

I am an experienced tax representation professional that has assisted hundreds of individual and small business taxpayers all over the country. I’ve been a tax professional for 15 tax seasons, and I enjoy working with taxpayers who have had long-term issues with the IRS. My company is called Nashville Tax Relief, but being an Enrolled Agent, I am licensed to work with taxpayers in all 50 states, and I work with anyone regardless of their geographic location. I am also the owner of ProTax Education – an IRS Continuing Education firm dedicated to teaching tax professionals how to represent taxpayers in front of the IRS.

My goal when I work with a taxpayer is to “Stop the Cycle of Tax Paralysis”
So – what is “Tax Paralysis”?

Tax Paralysis is when a taxpayer who has fallen behind in their taxes is “paralyzed into inaction”. They are worried about what the IRS may do if they DON’T file their taxes. But, they are also scared about what the IRS will do if they DO file their past due taxes. So – they do nothing.
