To be clear—these tools and templates will never replace your brain. You’ll have these pieces…they’re cohesive, they’re easy to follow, and they give you The Executive Touch, again-and-again.

Simple Representation and Strategy Roadmap

A checklist to success…you can (and should) literally hang this in your office. It’s the exact steps to incorporate representation and strategy work into your practice, plus, it reveals how to transition representation work to a tax-strategy engagement.

Representation Case Studies and Solution Outline

This resource provides clear solutions and the steps needed to deliver on the most common and some of the more complex representation work (like offer-in-compromise, so you negotiate pennies on the dollar on your client’s behalf. This is the know-how you need).

Tax Plan Template

This 20+ page template is the presentation baseline you need to present a clear tax strategy to your clients. The guidebook ensures you’ve gone through the line of questioning and possibilities to get them the best savings, so they come back year after year.

Angie Toney (CPA/PFS, CTP) – Angie has been on all sides of the finance professional field: a tax strategist, accountant, corporate auditor, etc. Her network extends into former IRS professionals/tax auditors. With these experiences, she knows first-hand how to move through representation and strategy work from an investigatory perspective, while still maintaining heart-felt trust and care for clients. This puts Angie in a unique position to understand the opportunities and pitfalls when it comes to talking to the IRS and strategizing what a client’s best move is…

There are over 15 million in collections and another 7 million taxpayers out-of-compliance. There are literally not enough finance professionals to serve all of them. There’s more than enough work for everybody. Despite this, too often, finance professionals shy away from the deeply important and meaningful work of representation and strategy. Why? We make up that we don’t know how. We get imposter syndrome. We tell ourselves we don’t know how to sell….so we settle for the feast-or-famine rhythm of high-volume work around tax season.

None of this needs to be true for you.

The high-profile work, when done with heart, is fulfilling and profitable for all involved. You literally support people to create a harmonious financial future and de-stress. General counselors aren’t called “counselors” for nothing —whether you’re a JD or a bookkeeper, like a counselor, sometimes you’re serving your clients mental and emotional health—you provide the most valuable solution—peace-of-mind.

When it comes to providing the techniques and tactics to do the work, too often, trainings for finance professional leave out what I call the “now what.”

Once you have a representation client, you might ask yourself now what do I literally do next? Somehow, that part gets left off from trainings. This workshop is not only about the power of building legacy with representation and strategy work, it’s also about how to do the work in excellence, step-by-step, in a way where you cut through the noise and circumstance of the client, know the tactics, and get to the solution.

I’ve supported hundreds of professionals to perform their work in excellence by collaborating on cases and providing training. In this workshop, I find a way to deliver potent solutions in a way that I can serve a small group of people. A special thank you to Lynette who requested to embark on this journey as a participant and inspired the foundation of this workshop.

Just you, your brilliant brain, and beautiful heart.
